Privacy Policy
How Vitals Hub handles data. The short version: it is a static site that does not collect personal information.
No personal data collected
Vitals Hub is a static website with no backend server, no user accounts, and no contact forms. It does not collect, store, or sell personal information, and there is no login or profile of any kind.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. It stores a few small things in the browser's local storage on the device: a light or dark theme preference, any personal daily nutrition targets or serving size entered into the food portion calculator, and any recipes built with the recipe builder (both the in-progress draft and the saved recipe list). These stay in the browser on the device, never leave it, and are not sent to any server.
Analytics and advertising
Vitals Hub uses two privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage: Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog. Both run without cookies and without storing anything on the device, and they collect aggregate usage data (such as page views and general browser, device, or country information), not personal profiles. Anything typed into the calculators or the recipe builder, including recipe names, stays on the device and is never sent to analytics. There is currently no advertising on Vitals Hub. If advertising is introduced later, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what is collected and how, before anything goes live.
Links to other sites
Guides link to third-party sources such as studies and health authorities. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and Vitals Hub is not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated as the site evolves, in particular before any advertising is introduced. Last updated: 5 June 2026.

A dedicated contact address for privacy questions will be available when the site launches.
